culpk Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the culpk platform — including any of its sub-pages, mobile interfaces, or associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with culpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the culpk platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. culpk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the culpk platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. culpk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have previously applied for self-exclusion on the culpk platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of culpk, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must hold a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification document acceptable to culpk for verification purposes.

culpk reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any point during the registration process or during the life of your account. Failure to complete verification to culpk's satisfaction may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each player is permitted to hold only one active culpk account at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, CNIC number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying criterion — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your culpk Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. culpk will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity recorded on your account during a session authenticated with your credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, culpk may require you to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC for liveness verification

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until such time as verification is completed. culpk reserves the right to extend this period or close the account at its discretion.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. culpk reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per calendar month against the balance of an inactive account, following written notification to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your culpk account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. culpk does not accept deposits from payment methods owned by third parties. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the culpk platform.

culpk does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which culpk accepts no responsibility. Deposit processing times vary by method: mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take up to two business days.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used to make a prior deposit, except in circumstances where culpk expressly permits an alternative arrangement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using mobile wallet methods.

culpk reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or where compliance obligations require additional due diligence. culpk further reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into account activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the culpk platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where cryptocurrency is used, the equivalent PKR value at the time of the transaction will be applied. culpk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the culpk platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are made available within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the culpk system cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• culpk reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error, technical malfunction, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-session that interrupts a casino game or bet, culpk's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The decision of culpk in such matters is final.
• Odds, lines, and game parameters are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being accepted. Only the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation shall apply.
• culpk reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any account, product, or market at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

culpk offers various bonus products including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the value of which is stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. culpk reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the relevant bonus terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the culpk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Operating more than one culpk account simultaneously or at any time
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any multi-player game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to culpk support immediately
• Using the culpk platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the culpk platform
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter through culpk's official dispute resolution process

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the culpk platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of culpk or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the culpk platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the culpk platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of culpk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, culpk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the culpk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Damages arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or interruptions to service
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information provided on the platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

The culpk platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. culpk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform or its content.

10. Termination & Suspension

culpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if culpk reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, that your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continuing to provide services to you poses a risk to culpk, other players, or third parties. Upon termination for breach, all bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided. Real money balances will be reviewed and, where no fraud or breach is identified, returned to the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your culpk account at any time by contacting player support. Requests for account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed through the standard withdrawal pipeline.

11. Responsible Gaming

culpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. As a condition of using the culpk platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are participating in gaming activities of your own free will and at your own risk
• You accept that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on culpk
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on your account dashboard — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic
• You will not use the culpk platform if you are under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs your judgement

12. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your culpk account or gaming experience, you should contact culpk player support in the first instance via live chat or by email. culpk will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with culpk's support team, the matter may be referred to culpk's designated dispute resolution process, details of which are available on request from player support.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet, or transaction, culpk's server logs and internal records shall constitute the definitive and final record of the relevant activity. culpk's decision in such disputes is final subject only to the complaints escalation process described above.

13. Amendments to These Terms

culpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, culpk will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the culpk platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which culpk operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the culpk platform that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in culpk's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit culpk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
